1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Snippetz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Snippetz.

3. Platform Services

Snippetz connects customers with service providers. We are not a party to the agreements between customers and providers. We do not employ providers, and providers are independent contractors responsible for the quality and safety of their work.

4. Payments and Fees

Customers agree to pay for services as quoted by providers. Snippetz charges a platform fee on each transaction. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Refunds and disputes are handled through our dispute resolution process.

5. Provider Obligations

Providers must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and certifications as required by local law. Providers agree to perform services in a professional manner and to comply with all applicable regulations. Snippetz reserves the right to verify provider credentials and suspend accounts that do not meet platform standards.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the platform, including but not limited to: creating fake accounts, submitting fraudulent reviews, circumventing the payment system, harassing other users, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Snippetz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snippetz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services obtained through it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
